Pre-Sales Engineer
Position Overview
Are you technically savvy but also love to sell? If so, then this job may be the perfect fit for you! As a key member of the Libraesva sales team, you will be responsible for supporting Territory Sales Managers, prospects and Libraesva customers throughout the territory. Specific responsibilities will include pre-sales support of prospects all the way through the closing of the deal. And because we love our customers, some post-sales support may be necessary periodically.
Responsibilities
- Pre-sales technical support and technical account management for Libraesva’s Regional Sales Managers.
- Walk customers and partners through demos and problem solving in clear, concise matter by being the subject matter expert on all things Libraesva
- Explore and maintain knowledge of Libraesva’s key competitors.
- Communicate cross functionally constantly to ensure all key stakeholders are in the loop about product functionality and product desires experienced in the field.
- Partner with the Product Management and R&D departments to develop features critical to Libraesva’s success.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of the Libraesva product line.
- Identify new opportunities by creating and developing strong technical relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Maintain knowledge at a high technical level of the current security landscape.
- Collaborate with Customers on Technology reviews, product findings, and integration with other technologies they may have.
- Collaborate with other Libraesva Engineers on high-level projects to deliver Libraesva technologies to our customers.
- Participate in deployment review and forecast calls.
- Participate in design review and release meetings.
- Travel as needed within region.
Experience and soft skills
- Startup DNA is a must: willing and able to do “whatever it takes” with motivation to find solutions rather than admire the challenge.
- Customer-first behavior is a must.
- 3+ years experience in technical or pre-sales support as a Security Engineer (or Sales Engineer).
- Fluent English, spoken and written
Technical qualifications
- Deep understanding of email security problems.
- Strong knowledge of cloud mailbox solutions (Microsoft 365, GSuite, etc)
- String written (RFP) and verbal communications (Pre-sales presentations and conferences) are a must.
- Good understanding of email attack vectors (Phishing, BEC, Malware drops).
- Good understanding of Cloud Security.

Software Engineer
This is an excellent opportunity to become a core member of a rapidly growing software development team. You will possess solid programming skills, have a sound understanding of engineering best practices and have the drive to deliver the very best. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills, as you will be interfacing both with various departments internally and customers externally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and participate in a team-oriented environment to develop our leading email security products.
- Maintain existing codebases, troubleshoot bugs and add new features.
- Balance a variety of concurrent projects.
- Deliver high quality code that has been thoroughly tested

Required Experience:

Technical Support Engineer
Position Overview
Libraesva is hiring a Technical Support Engineer. The role provides a first and
second level of technical product support. The candidate will interact with to all Libraesva customers, partners, resellers via phone, email, or messaging to collect or help resolve
their technical issues. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our products (Email Security, Email Archiving, Phishbrain Phishing Awareness) to resolve our customers’ technical issues and escalating to our senior engineers and developer’s team complex cases.
Responsibilities
- Reproduce customer environment and run tests
- Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
- Liaise between sales team, customer success team, and customers to properly address customer problems
- Troubleshoot and configure software solutions
- Support the Product Development department operations by creating, editing, distributing and maintaining product related documents
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ of technical support experience
- Customer service oriented
- Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills

Libraesva is looking for an energetic, focused, and team-orientated Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team across Italy, UK and USA. An enthusiastic personality with the ability to be flexible and supportive to the team is very important to us.What You Will Do
- Digital Activity
- Implement the online digital marketing strategy to acquire leads using a mix of search engine marketing (PPC / SEM), online advertising, review sites, paid social, and content syndication
- Ensure an efficient lead capture and conversion process, creating and optimizing landing pages and other HubSpot assets and processes
- Oversee performance of website to grow traffic, increase engagement, and drive conversions
- Test different messaging and advertising ideas, conducting A/B and multivariate tests to empirically make decisions on which approach works
- Manage digital budget effectively, monitoring spend to ensure campaigns deliver ROI
- Provide reporting and analytics to enable management and other stakeholders to monitor effectiveness of marketing programs
- Monitor lead quality and continuously use feedback to improve acquisition programs
- Provide ongoing communication to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
- 4+ years’ of relevant B2B technology marketing experience
- Extensive experience in digital marketing strategy, SEO, email, PPC and display advertising campaigns
- Experience of working across multiple platforms and channels
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Able to plan and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Highly proficient in marketing automation methodology, lead processing, data management and marketing operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelors or advanced degree in marketing
- Detailed working knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress
- Good working knowledge of MS office tools
- Language - Excellent English language essential (written and verbal)
